Panther Partners
Parent Volunteer Program
Panther Partners, an academic support program fueled by volunteers willing to lend their support to students referred by a teacher, is looking for volunteers. If you have a half hour or more that you can volunteer at WWI during the school day, and like working with students in the area of basic skill building or enrichment, please contact Paula Lanoue. Our mission is to assist volunteers in lending their time, talents and resources to the educational process of District 16, with the emphasis on working together to develop learners to their greatest potential. Goals:
All students at Westwood are eligible for support through the Panther Partners program.
Intervention – To provide academic support to students who show a need.
Enrichment – To provide support to students who show an interest, passion or talent in a particular area.
